Tenant Fees

• Application Fee for a single Tenant £100.00.
• Application Fee for two persons £135.00
• Further Tenant applications for the same property will be £35 per applicant.
• The deposit will be the equivalent to one and a half months rent, due on the day of signing the Tenancy Agreements.
•  A Full month’s rent will be due the day of signing the Tenancy Agreement.

The application form and fee will reserve the property until the required referencing is complete. This will be a non refundable fee should you withdraw from your application. If the property is withdrawn for any other reason the fee will be returned.
Your deposit will be protected by our nominated Deposit Protection Scheme until the end of the tenancy.
